So I thought it was a breakthrough when I read about North Korea striking a deal with the U.S. The terms were that North Korea was to suspend nuclear activity and in return would receive aid in the form of food from the U.S. I did not know however, that this is likely a blast from the past, as North Korea had previously taken similar actions because of the lack of food supplies in their country. As time progresses, we’ll see if they’re actual serious this time.
